Returns
Within the UK we offer a free 30 day returns service. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Outside of the UK, you must organise your own return to the address at the bottom of the page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Launch monitors must be unopened and unused in original packaging to be eligible for a return, any launch monitor that has been turned on and or used will not be eligible for a return, this includes being inside the 30 day returns window.
Any returns of rolls of turf measuring over 1m long when rolled, must be returned by the customer to the address at the bottom of the page.
When returning your goods, your original order number must be written on the outer packaging, any packages received without an original order number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Software Purchases - Any form of software purchase where the licence or activation key/code has been used or activated cannot be returned or refunded, this includes being within the 30 days from purchase period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@golfbays.com and send your item to: Unit 2, Cotton Farm, Holmes Chapel, CW4 7ET
If you believe your launch monitor to be damaged or defective, please be aware your launch monitor may be sent back to the manufacturer for testing and or repair if found to be defective or damaged. During this period Golfbays are not able to offer any replacements or loans until your item is fixed or replaced by the manufacturer.

Shipping of your damaged/defective item will be free of charge, provided it is within the 30 day post purchase window.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
